About the job :

Expanding further into Europe, the newest MVST chapter is a small developer & design team working closely with our Munich Studio. Immersed in Barcelona's world-class craft, visual arts, and architecture, this team brings the base for all the digital products we are currently building. They are the core of what we are doing and striving to do.

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate
• Work with other members of the team to create top-class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented
• Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems
• Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
• Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together
