About The Role
The Multi Service Line Solution Architect (MSLA) is the storyteller and will be responsible for the end-to-end solution, including industry and business context, implementation methods, technology choices, business and IT processes, and alignment with commercial and financial models. He / she will contribute to deal shaping by developing and presenting customized solutions, validating solution fit, and demonstrating how solutions meet client objectives. He / she will assess opportunities, establish competitive advantage, define mitigations for risks, and confirm DXC’s ability to deliver.
The MSLA is responsible for solution development, competitive costing, commercial proposition integration and business case alignment of DXC solutions supporting client business, applications and IT environments. The solution scope includes ongoing delivery of services, startup and transition, resourcing plans, technology and process transformation, as well as ongoing refresh to meet client specifications, strategic direction, technology context, and business needs. The MSLA articulates solutions clearly, communicates value to the client, and influences evaluation criteria and decision making. He / she may work individually or as part of a team, and will interact with pursuit leaders, governance bodies, and business leadership to advance sales efforts.
The MSLA will help define the use of Compound Offerings and may contribute to the creation of Business Patterns. He / she will work as part of a multi-functional team with the Client, Partners, and DXC Sales and Delivery to design solutions that align with clients’ Digital strategies and DXC business objectives.
