Mission
As part of the Kudelski Security's Managed Security Services department, your mission will be to help us provide the best services to our clients by participating in maintaining the service offered to the client to his highest level, continuously monitoring, improving our detection capabilities, and developing tools to automate such activities.

Responsibilities
Maintain and fine-tune security detection capabilities on the products we deploy to Clients
Provide security guidance to our clients to improve the service quality and efficiency of our services and products for them
Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio
Serve as the subject matter expert for other teams internally to help drive continuous improvements and new services implementations
Manage the delivery of our products and services to existing customers, monitor and improve the services provided to the customers by, for example, developing automation (scripting, liaise with DevOps internal capabilities)
Technical Support Mastery : Offer unmatched technical guidance for tooling provided to the clients (detection coverage, pentest review, service quality)
This role involves
Understand the business and environment of our customers
Frequent contacts with customers at both technical and managerial levels
Internal transversal interactions with various groups (operation, PMO, Sales, Detection Architects, DevOps...)
Traveling up to 10% to customer's site
Requirements / Profile
You are
Team-player who is willing to iterate on our internal processes to improve our team and service's efficiency
At ease with solving complex problems
Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Autonomous, self-taught and transparent
Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks with multiple interfaces
Fluent in English
You have
An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent
Experience with one or more of the following technologies : EDR / NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning,
Proven experience in a client facing role
Proven experience working as a network and security specialist (including packet and log data analysis)
An in-depth understanding of information security industry forces and trends
An excellent knowledge of the security product portfolio
These would be a plus
OSCP, OSCE, GCIA, GCIH and other general security certifications
Technical certifications on vendors' product
German, French or any other languages are an asset
