Key Roles in F&B Operations

The F&B Assistant INTERN is responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of our restaurants. This role plays a vital part in achieving optimum Food and Beverage performance.

This position reports to the Spain Food and Beverage Manager and contributes to various aspects of restaurant operations, including logistics and procurement. The F&B Assistant INTERN must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, F&B Management, or Hospitality Management. Analytical thinking, understanding of finance, proficient Excel skills, and fluency in Spanish and English are also essential requirements.

Our internship offer includes a 6-month placement with the possibility of incorporating into a permanent contract. We provide a 40-hour working week, commencing in October 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support timely deliveries for restaurant needs
• Help manage stocks, orders, and prevent stock breakages
• Set up logistics organization for new restaurant openings
