About the Venture : We're a seed-stage venture pioneering relationship-based healthcare through tech. We've built one of Europe's most popular secure medical communication platforms, connecting thousands of doctors across 20+ specialties with their patients. Our mission is to make constant, trusted contact between patients and their doctors the standard of care, using a secure platform that strengthens the doctor-patient relationship. Backed by leading European investors, we're scaling across multiple markets with a focus on healthcare that is personal, accessible, and relationship-driven.

About the Role : This is a builder's role. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll elevate the product, pioneer AI capabilities to free doctors' time, and restore the micro-touchpoints essential to patient care. You'll own the entire product experience—patient-facing and B2B medical professional—across international markets. Start solo with full strategic authority, shipping and iterating rapidly, and build your team as needed when the product and business demand it. The role can be based in Berlin, Barcelona or Warsaw.

What You'll Do

Shape strategy with the CEO — Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and the North Star metric that drives growth.

Build AI capabilities that matter — Develop intelligent features for patient monitoring and clinical decision support to increase doctor capacity.

Own the product experience end-to-end — Drive user engagement, retention, and the in-app experience across patient and medical professional interfaces.

Ship resellable care pathways — Create disease-specific care paths that work across international markets and B2B clients.

Enable high-impact engineering — Give the tech team clarity and focus to build what matters most.

Scale the function — Grow the product and design team as the company and product demand it.

Partner across the business — Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, CMO, engineering, design, and external B2B partners to execute the 2026 vision.

About You

Built and shipped products — Significant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally through a startup's growth journey (Seed to Series B+).

Strategic and hands-on — Comfortable setting direction and jumping in to ship features.

Strong product intuition — You know what great user experiences feel like and how to discover real user needs.

Excited about AI — Experience building AI products or genuine interest in developing AI capabilities in healthcare.

Data-informed decision making — You work with metrics and user insights to prioritise what to build.

Growth experience — Background with product-led growth, activation, retention, and ideally both sales-led and PLG motions.

Connects product to business impact — Understands how product work affects revenue and communicates that across teams.

Comfortable with ambiguity — You make clear decisions with incomplete information and move quickly.

Bonus : International experience — Experience building products across multiple markets is a plus.
