The Role We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to accelerate Hosco’s growth across the EMEA region. You will own a defined territory, build and execute a commercial strategy, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hospitality employers, helping them adopt Hosco’s recruitment and employer branding solutions to meet their talent needs. This is a high-responsibility, quota-carrying role where success means driving measurable revenue, developing strategic client relationships, and opening the door to enterprise growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Strategy
Build and execute a territory plan that maximizes market potential across hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality players.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
Implement multi-channel outreach sequences (outreach tool, email, phone, LinkedIn, with AI tool support) to increase response rates and creatively develop your territory.
Position Hosco as a long-term partner in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Client Engagement & Sales Cycle Leadership
Lead the full sales process : prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, tailored demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners).
Leverage business trips, networking events, industry forums, and online meetings to expand reach and visibility.
