Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix Technical Consultant to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of

the BMC Helix platform. This position plays a critical role in translating client requirements into robust technical

solutions and ensuring seamless integration with ITSM and CMDB platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand client requirements to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Implement and configure BMC Helix for ITSM operations and integrations.

Integrate BMC Helix with external platforms such as CMDB and other IT tools.

Perform ongoing systems management and maintenance to ensure platform stability and performance.

Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for integration and functionality testing.

Develop, customize, and manage TKU (Technology Knowledge Update) patterns.

Model service and infrastructure dependencies to support IT operations.

Analyze discovered data for accuracy, consistency, and improvement opportunities.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents related to the ITSM platform.

Desired Skills Knowledge

Proven experience working with BMC Helix in technical consulting or engineering roles.

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.

Experience in integrating ITSM platforms with CMDB and discovery tools.

Knowledge of dependency modeling and data discovery analysis.

Familiarity with Pentaho and Discovery tools is a plus.

Ability to develop and customize TKU patterns.

Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Profile Requirements

Education : Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in ITSM environments.

Languages : Proficiency in Spanish English at an intermediate / advanced level is a plus.
