Overview

Job Title : Mechanical Equipment Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mechanical equipment team. As a Mechanical Equipment Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, selection, and documentation of equipment and packages managed by the mechanical department.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with QA / QC and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements. You will also provide guidance, advice, and motivation to your team members, as well as organize manpower and schedule activities to optimize quality, delivery time, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and develop activities for design, selection, and documentation follow-up, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment and packages managed by the Mechanical Department.

Provide general working guidelines, personal advising, and motivation as well as organize manpower for the Project, scheduling the planned activities as the final responsible of quality, delivery time, and resources optimization.

Generate a positive working environment with engineering disciplines, project, vendors, and Mechanical Department for the Project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering.

English Language Level : B2 minimum.

Experience working as part of a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team.

High level of stress management.

Commitment and proactivity.

Leadership : Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.

Communication : Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and international audiences.

Availability to travel on a one-off basis.
