Principal Mechanical Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of engineering processes, covering design, procurement, construction, mounting, and start-up of industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish. A university degree or master's in Chemical, Process, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is required.

Responsibilities include generating project specifications, designing philosophy, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and operation manuals to meet clients' requirements. You will also participate in P&ID design reviews, HAZOP, and 3D model reviews.

Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, conduct bid evaluations, and manage vendor document control. Assisting the Commissioning Team during plant or unit startup and coordinating with the Project Team and other Department Engineers to facilitate the smooth progress of engineering work are also key responsibilities.
