What is Occupational Health You. Better. With Alan. Alan is creating a revolutionary occupational health software to transform workplace health services for companies and employees across France.

Our vision : We're modernising and enhancing the occupational health experience by offering a seamless and personalised journey for members, doctors, and companies through pre-visit preparation, teleconsultations or in-person visits, and follow-up care.

High Impact : This aims to establish the company as the leading fully integrated health partner for both members and companies.

You’ll work side by side with experienced team members (Arnaud, Mickael, Constance, Clémence, and more) to build Alan's Occupational offer from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work.

Is it you we’re looking for? We seek engineers to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech and internal organisation).

• You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.
• You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams / products.
• You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
