We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Manager to join our Product and Design team. You will be a core contributor to our product development cycle, and you will use data to continually improve our user experience, product-market fit, and revenue assurance.

What you’ll do
Shape the User Experience
- Own the customer journey across web and mobile, ensuring experiences are intuitive, fast, and frictionless.
- Drive product discovery through data analysis, experiments, and qualitative insights to uncover problems worth solving.
- Translate findings into well-scoped product requirements that balance user value with business impact.
Own Outcomes
Drive measurable improvements in how customers onboard, send money, and return, focusing on moments that impact growth and retention.Identify and validate high-leverage opportunities using customer signals and product usage data.Partner with regional teams to ensure context-specific needs are factored into the product without overcomplicating the core experience.Drive Execution
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship high-quality experiences.Translate product ideas into actionable specs that let engineering move quickly and confidently.Prioritize work and keep momentum going by clearing roadblocks and making smart trade-offs.Align Stakeholders
Work across functions to ensure compliance, legal, and operational realities are reflected in the product without slowing us down.Build shared understanding and buy-in through clear rationale, not just consensus.Push the team to deliver impact, not just output.What We’re Looking For
3+ years of product experience in Software, Fintech, or Online Services companies.You are legally authorized to work in Spain.Fluent in English and comfortable working across teams and time zones.Deep understanding of Data, User Experience Design, or Web Development.Business, Design, or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.Resourceful, hands-on, and not afraid to get into the weeds to move things forward.Strong instinct for what drives user behavior and decision-making, backed by curiosity and critical thinking.Proven ability to articulate the "why" behind product decisions and use data to drive alignment.Track record of shipping products from scratch and iterating based on real-world usage.Able to zoom out to strategy and dive into details without losing momentum.Fluent in metrics, tracking, and UX. Comfortable with tools like Branch, Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, and defining event taxonomies that help you learn.Constantly trying new apps, with a sharp eye for what makes a great user experience and how to build it.Perks and Benefits
