Role |

We are seeking a Junior Sales B2C in Barcelona to assist with rental apartment sales and guest services across markets. The role demands flexibility, a results-oriented mindset, and an understanding of the broader impact of your work. You will help us achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a startup environment.

Responsibilities |

• Support the sales team with daily tasks
• Manage the sales cycle from lead reception to closing
• Convert leads into customers
• Negotiate with prospective clients
• Respond to customer inquiries about reservations
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Provide personalized support during booking
• Maintain transparent communication with clients
• Draft rental agreements
• Assist the Demand team administratively
