Descripción del trabajoManage the full recruitment cycle : job postings, sourcing, interviews, client coordination, and offer negotiation. Actively network and build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Develop strong expertise in IT recruitment with continuous training and mentorship. Support business development initiatives and contribute to the team’s growth. Fluent / native German + good English or Spanish. Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales (minimum 6–12 months). Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development. Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and eager to achieve results. About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated German-speaking professional who wants to grow in full-cycle recruitment and build a successful career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Previous recruitment experience—especially in 360° IT recruitment —is a plus. However, we are mainly looking for two types of profiles :
- Professionals with a commercial or sales background who want to transition into a more dynamic recruitment role.
- Talent Acquisition specialists who are eager to move into a more sales-oriented, client-facing position.
