Role purpose

• Accountable for farming activities (planning, greenhouse preparation, planting, crop development, treatments, improvements, etc), coordinating with data collection team lead for internal trials activities (harvesting, treatments, etc.)
• Greenhouse management accountability. Coordinate and supervise greenhouse crops, in order to ensure good crop quality and relevant datawithin commercial representatives.
• Farm purchase accountabilityand greenhouses maintenance to develop operations according to the annual planning and defined expectations. Coordinate with GFM and CBRE maintenance activities for greenhouse activities.
• Promote a fluid and constant relationship between the different departments of the station.
• Meet and contribute to enforce standards and plans established by Syngenta Seeds, as far as HSE refers, and work together to make our job a safer place.
• Carry out, organize the work according to protocols ISO 9001 : 2008 and GSPP.
