Required Skills and Qualifications Customer Service Expertise : Provide high-level service to guests, focusing on VIPs, loyalty members, groups, and concierge class.
Communication Proficiency : Respond to escalated guest concerns in a professional and positive manner.
Event Planning : Coordinate events for guests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, and activities.
Liability Management : Maintain the physical appearance and ambiance of the concierge lounge, loyalty spaces, and conference rooms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all group, loyalty, and concierge events while providing exceptional service to valued guests. Key responsibilities include acting as primary contact for guests, leading by example through maintaining a firm, calm composure in all situations, and striving for continuous improvement in event planning and customer satisfaction.
