Overview
Procurement Assistant role at CAP INGELEC in Madrid, Spain. Join our international team and report to the Procurement Manager Europe. This position is based in Madrid and focuses on supporting procurement activities in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontracting Contracts, and monitor the validation process until signatures are obtained
- Update and verify information in the management tool (purchase order amounts, invoices, etc.)
- Check invoices against purchase orders and contracts
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of supplier and project management documentation
- Support the Procurement Team in managing supplier relationships (Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), distribution of consultation files, information requests, etc.)
- Interface with project teams to provide support and ensure compliance with Procurement procedures
Profile / Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in administrative support (Purchasing, or Sales Administration), ideally in the construction sectorHighly organized with strong numerical skills and comfortable using the Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in Spanish and English; a good level of French would be a plusReady to take on major technical challenges?
