Key Responsibility
Responsible for the inclusion and promotion of the new launch and existing products.
Prepare monthly forecasting sheet based on historical data and targets
Plan and schedule daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver the core product message.
Record and track product sales and customers in the assigned region.
Detailing to Drs and pharmacists of hospitals and Clinics.
Conduct successful RTMs & promotional campaigns to improve the sales of Biotech Ortho products.
Analyze and maintain the market share of current ranges and put strategies to overcome the challenges facing competitors.
Regular follow-up with HCPs and Purchasers in the area, monitoring stock levels and getting feedback about our products.

Experience
~1 – 4 years of experience in similar role in Orthopedics (different Therapeutics Areas)
~ Must have good knowledge of the Poland Market, private market and key public hospitals.
~ Established contacts with specialty Doctors such as Ortho, Neuro, Pain, is a must.
Education
~ Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / medicine / veterinary / science
