👋 Account Executive – Enterprise Sales (Barcelona)

At NeuralTrust, we’re looking for an Account Executive based in Barcelona to help us expand our footprint across enterprise clients and take our company to the next level. Join us!

🥷 What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle : from initial discovery and qualification to closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Lead compelling product demos and security-focused solution presentations to executives (CISO, CIO, Head of AI).
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and product to align on target accounts and go-to-market strategy.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and close multi-stakeholder deals with legal and procurement teams.
  • Be a trusted advisor — helping customers understand how NeuralTrust enables safe, compliant, and scalable AI adoption.
  • Represent NeuralTrust at industry events, trade shows, and AI security conferences.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales processes as we scale.

⭐️ About You

  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Based in or open to relocating to Barcelona .
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals — ideally 6- or 7-figure contracts.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales , preferably in security, compliance, or AI.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives across technical and business functions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you understand how to uncover customer pain and articulate ROI.
  • Experience using modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, etc.).
  • Confident presenting complex products and technical concepts clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you take ownership, learn fast, and thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus : Background or familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, or data privacy .
