What you will be doing
To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.
Ensure all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing values.
Key Activities
- Capturing successful candidate details and initiating onboarding activities
- Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
- Tracking candidate progress against the agreed-upon onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
- Responding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through an agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates
- Working with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays
- Arranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboarding
- Working with 3rd party vendors and / or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationship
- Raising requests for facilities or systems access
- Booking candidates into orientation / day 1 activities
- Sharing new joiner packs or information
- Managing contractor and temp to perm conversions
What we are looking for
Preferred experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, ideally in an RPO environmentProficiency in Italian / Portuguese and excellent English communication skillsStrong customer-facing experience , or background in customer service or a field similar to recruitmentHighly organised, reliable, and proactiveAble to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressureTeam player with integrity, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindsetConfident in influencing, negotiating, and building strong relationshipsHow we will reward you
