Fut-Ure Recruitment is a global IT & Tech recruitment company with Headquarters in Barcelona,

We are currently in the expansion stage and are looking for new team members to join us to

assist us in our exciting journey during our growth stage.

Requirements :

• You have graduated (or graduating soon) from a university with a HR / Psychology / Business / Marketing / Technology / Engineering or similar degree.
• You have 3+ years of experience working as an agency or in-house or RPO Recruiter in the IT & Tech field.
• Previous experience in a Sales / Marketing or IT / Engineering role is a big plus.
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a big plus.
• You are passionate and curious about new technologies.
• You are extroverted & passionate to help assist people in changing their lives and careers for the better.
• You are an excellent communicator, responsible, proactive, energetic team player always striving to achieve the best results.
• You are a creative, goal-oriented and service-oriented person willing to make lives of both our clients and candidates easier and better.
