Performance Monitoring : Evaluate dealership performance through KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.">
Action Plans : Develop and implement corrective action plans with dealers to address non-compliance issues or performance gaps.">
Best Practice Deployment : Support the rollout of corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent application across the network.">
Stakeholder Relations : Maintain close communication with dealers, fostering strong partnerships and acting as the main point of contact between the network and headquarters.">
Reporting : Prepare regular reports on audit results, performance indicators, and improvement measures for senior management.">
Market Monitoring : Analyze regional trends, competition, and network potential to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.">

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.">
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in network development, retail operations, or dealership management (automotive sector preferred).">
Strong knowledge of auditing processes, operational standards, and retail performance management.">
