Business Intelligence & Data Lead

Overview Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for you to work as Global ITD Program Lead – Business Intelligence Optimization!

Lead the BI Optimization Program, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives, timelines, and value targets.

Rationalize BI tools and reports, reduce duplication, and implement standards across the organization.

Responsibilities Oversee transition to a scalable BI operating model, including a balanced resource mix across onshore, offshore, and business-embedded teams.

Collaborate with Data & Analytics and business teams to prioritize BI use cases based on impact, scalability, and alignment to business priorities.

Drive the development of external-facing data products, turning internal workforce data into actionable insights for clients (e.g., partner with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to define data product requirements, delivery mechanisms, and value proposition).

Establish and enforce BI governance frameworks for consistency, security, and compliance.

Manage program budgets, resources, vendors, and risk—reporting regularly to executive sponsors and the Steering Committee.

Develop and implement change management plans to support adoption and long-term sustainability.

Foster collaboration between Business, ITD Teams, and External Partners to drive program success.

Streamline reporting processes, rationalize tools, and embed governance across the BI landscape.

Serve as a strategic interface between ITD, Business Units, and Enabling Functions for all BI-related topics.

Lead the ideation, design, and roll-out of client-facing workforce intelligence dashboards and analytics products.

Ensure strong alignment with ongoing AI and Data Platform initiatives to build reusability and scalability.

Leverage the central Data & Analytics Center of Expertise and enterprise data platform as core enablers.

Qualifications Deep understanding of BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), enterprise data architecture, and analytics strategy.

Experience building data products for external users, preferably in B2B contexts.

Proven ability to align stakeholders across Business, IT, Product, and Commercial functions.

Fluent in both operational detail and executive-level communication.

10+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation roles.

Experience delivering cross-functional data programs in global / matrixed organizations.

Exposure to monetization or externalization of data assets is a strong plus.

Background in workforce solutions, HR tech, or analytics product management is a bonus.

University-level education (MSc, MEng) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
