We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid. As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate contributes to brand sales growth in the store, represents the brand values, and provides outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques

Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories

Know daily objectives and KPIs

Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales

Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile

Handle customer database and clienteling

Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary

Elaborate and supervise product feedback

Prepare deliveries and essential packaging elements

Qualifications What you can bring

Preferred experience of 2 / 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques

Knowledge of products and selling techniques

University education or fashion school degree

English (C1-C2) mandatory; other languages a plus

Office 365 and basic knowledge of digital software

Soft & Interpersonal Skills
