With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow.What you will do : The Treasury Associate will support the global treasury management of the group, impacting strategy, banking relations, cash management, liquidity management, internal client servicing, and reporting. This dynamic role involves actively overseeing cash flow, investments, and risk, while maintaining crucial banking relationships and collaborating with various departments to enhance treasury operations and drive financial efficiency. This is a front : line position, distinct from shared services or back : office roles, requiring strong analytical skills and treasury management expertise.General responsibilities : 1. Support Treasury Strategy : Assist in planning and executing the companys treasury strategy.2. Liquidity investment Management : Assist the companys investment portfolio, including evaluating opportunities and monitoring performance.3. Banking Relationships : Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient operations and favourable terms.4. Cash Operations : Perform cash and financial operations as needed.5. Expense Optimization : Optimize treasury management to reduce financial and banking expenses.6. Collaboration with Shared Service Center : Liaise with the shared service center on forecasts, payments, and other services.7. Reporting : Prepare and analyse treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and investment summaries.8. Global Support : Support business units globally with treasury needs and bridge relationships between business units and the shared service center.9. Department Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient treasury management.10. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.11.
