About the merger : both Printify and Printful are pioneering production on-demand companies and platforms established in Latvia with a global customer base.

About The Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced data analytics lead to join our efforts in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a team of up to 7 data analysts working with product and business teams across Merchant and Buyer Experience domain
- Guide the data analysis work across wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others
- Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts
- Drive high impact analytical initiatives across the organisation
- Build relationships and manage wide array of stakeholders
- Create, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in Merchant Experience and Buyer Experience area
- Lead efforts to enhance data drive in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value
- Participate in hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to Printify
- Equip the team with latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to Printify business
Requirements
Strong written & verbal English communication skillsTrack record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups5+ years of professional experience in data analysis1+ years of experience leading team of data analystsPrevious experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plusDemonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis resultsAdvanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousesHands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is a plus)Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principlesHands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing. Hands-on experience with product experimentation.Empathy and ability to work with employees with different professional and cultural backgroundWe Offer
