About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to take initiative, move fast, and have a direct impact on user growth and transaction volume.
You’ll be responsible for pushing our messaging to the market, experimenting with new ideas, and doing whatever it takes to bring users in the door and keep them engaged. This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, self-driven, and excited to build something from the ground up.
You will also be part of a lucrative incentive plan tied directly to growth outcomes. If you drive results, you will be rewarded.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and transaction volume
Build and manage social media channels with a strong and consistent voice
Write clear, persuasive copy for social, email, and product marketing
Design and run paid and organic campaigns across X, Google, and Meta
Launch and manage scrappy growth experiments like quizzes, raffles, and referral pushes
Identify, activate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across the EU
Monitor growth metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Create lightweight marketing assets, landing pages, and funnels using tools like Notion, Canva, and Tally
Stay current with Bitcoin, fintech, and cultural trends to keep our messaging relevant
Work directly with the founding team to shape and ship new growth ideas quickly
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or content
Previous experience in early stage startups or high growth environments
Hands on experience running paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, or X
Strong background in influencer and partnership marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills with a clear, engaging style
Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy
Self starter who thrives with autonomy and moves fast without waiting for permission
Comfortable using data to make decisions, you know what to track and why
Familiarity with social platforms, especially Twitter and LinkedIn
Based in the EU and available to work CET compatible hours
Fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
Deep interest in Bitcoin or willingness to learn quickly
