Data Analyst – Customer Analytics / Technical Product Owner

Technical Data Product Owner – Data Analytics & AI team within the EMEA Digital Innovation Hub. Define and deliver the roadmap for customer data and analytics products, turning insights into meaningful actions across marketing, sales, and customer experience. Own customer analytics products end-to-end, from CDPs, analytics, and data pipelines to the adoption of AI and ML solutions. Aim to make customer data trusted, accessible, and actionable, generating tangible business value across the EMEA region. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery : Manage the full lifecycle of Customer Data & Analytics projects, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Product ownership : Define and prioritize the roadmap for customer analytics products, aligning product vision with business priorities.
• Customer 360 analytics : Enable a unified customer view by integrating data from multiple touchpoints (digital, CRM, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Data activation : Drive the use of analytics and CDP capabilities for segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Data pipelines & platforms : Oversee the design and evolution of ingestion, integration, and governance pipelines.
• Technology enablement : Ensure effective adoption and evolution of Customer Data Platforms in alignment with global architectures.
• AI & ML solutions : Partner with data scientists to embed predictive and prescriptive models into customer insights.
• Stakeholder engagement : Collaborate with marketing, sales, digital, medical, and customer service teams to maximize value creation.
• Agile execution : Manage backlogs, sprints, and releases, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
