So, are you ready to join us on this mission? We are looking for an Operations Manager to elevate our Madrid Team. You will oversee and develop our operations in Madrid.

What you will be building with us

• Hire, lead, develop, and motivate a team of warehouse managers within the city. You will report directly to the Regional Head of Operations.
• Work closely with a diverse team of experienced professionals from around the world to support scaling operations and learn about multiple aspects of the business.
• Take full responsibility for the operational performance of warehouses in Madrid, analyzing sales, customer, and operational data to make informed decisions that drive sales and ensure optimal service and efficiency.
• Promote the Gorillas spirit within all operating units.
• Balance day-to-day warehouse operations with analytical insights to foster growth. Flexibility to work on analytical frameworks or hands-on operational tasks as needed.
• Support the expansion team in launching new warehouses and increasing regional coverage.
• Serve as the main contact for city operations, liaising with various stakeholders across departments.
• Manage, train, and develop warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure they operate independently and meet KPIs.
• Provide local feedback to central teams and ensure process implementation at the local level.
