Role Overview The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of the

company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. This role plays

a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing timely financial insights,

managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuousimprovement.

Oversee financial accounting, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements inaccordance with PGC.

Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.

Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas forimprovement.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to ensure financial stability.

Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.

Implement and monitor effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive performance andprofitability.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field(Master’s / MBA desirable).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally with exposure tointernational environments.

Solid knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and local financial regulations.

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.

Advanced skills in MS Excel; proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE, Lucanet, Oracle, or similar)preferred.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
