Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of the

company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. This role plays

a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing timely financial insights,

managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuousimprovement.
• Oversee financial accounting, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements inaccordance with PGC.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas forimprovement.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Implement and monitor effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive performance andprofitability.
