Overview
The Payments & Fraud Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for payments and fraud management. The role ensures the optimization of payment success rates, fraud loss reduction, and continuous improvement of the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead fraud strategy, including monitoring, prevention, tools, and KPIs.
- Oversee chargeback management, ensuring consistency, cost control, and performance improvement.
- Analyze payments and fraud data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and Legal teams to ensure smooth payment flows.
