Tender Specialist Intern

Hello!

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist Intern to support our Tender Specialist in expanding Factorial's presence in the public sector. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay organized, compliant, and efficient as we navigate public procurement processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in preparing documentation for public tenders (RFIs, RFPs, supporting documents, etc.)
• Help track deadlines, submission dates, and requirements across multiple public sector opportunities.
• Support the Tender Specialist with formatting, organizing, and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with public procurement standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, records, and procurement databases.
• Conduct light research on public procurement portals and new opportunities.
• Help draft administrative sections of tender responses using templates and guidelines.
