As a Technical Product Owner , your mission will be to identify, prioritize, and lead the development of internal tools that enable Equito’s teams to work more efficiently, with greater automation and scalability. You will act as the bridge between operational teams and the development team, gaining a deep understanding of internal processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing concrete technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze internal feedback from cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and propose tools to optimize their daily operations.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and team capacity to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Collaborate with the development team and other departments (Accounting & Finance, Real-Estate Acquisition & Management, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of features and improvements.
• Contribute to the product backlog and ensure it is well-organized, up-to-date, and reflective of the business priorities.
• Ensure successful feature delivery through the development cycle, from ideation to release.
