Backend Engineer (f / m / d)

As a Backend Engineer, you'll develop and maintain back-end systems, ensuring seamless user experiences while collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems for optimal functionality and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and integrate cloud platforms like Azure.

Apply best practices in clean coding, responsive design, and containerized setups using Docker.

Develop microservices with Spring Boot, conduct code reviews, and enhance our modern tech stack.

Manage integrations and ensure seamless user experiences across the tech stack.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Proficient in Java and Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of hexagonal architecture principles.

Familiarity with cloud-native applications and experience with Docker and YAML.

Experience with Azure or another comparable cloud provider is advantageous.

Fluent in English; knowledge of German and / or Spanish is a plus.
