What we look for?For our Human Resources department, we are looking for an experienced HR Lead for Spain & LATAM to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. You will lead a team of 5 people, and will be part of a team specialized in talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development, working closely with our senior leadership and contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions. Main tasks and accountabilities will be : Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionalsRepresent UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externallyPartner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the regionLead and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company cultureEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policiesManage complex employee relations and performance issuesOversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reportingCollaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processesSupport training and development initiatives for managers and employees What do we expect from you?Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firmsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentFluency in Spanish and English (al least C1) Work LocationMadrid (Hybrid model with flexibility) Work ScheduleFull-time, flexible schedule with summer compacted hours What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
