We are looking for a CTO / Lead Developer to work with our client, a Swiss health tech company transforming how fitness, wellness, and aesthetic professionals visualize and track physical transformations. Their platform combines 3D body scanning with powerful analytics to create precise, photorealistic avatars and actionable health insights. By bridging cutting-edge technology with real-world application, they help clients see and measure change — not just feel it.
As part of this collaboration, you’ll take full ownership of their software development and play a key role as CTO in shaping the next generation of their platform. This position offers :
End-to-end ownership across architecture, tech decisions, and delivery
A product-minded role with influence on the company’s future roadmap

Tasks
What You’ll Do
Lead the development of a mature, stable SaaS product used worldwide
Design and implement technical architecture across .NET, Azure, and Angular
Own and evolve the platform’s codebase, infrastructure, and development roadmap
Collaborate directly with the founder and former CTO (as advisor)
Improve system reliability by prioritizing architectural upgrades
Design Ops processes and build an Ops team
Actively contribute to product development and user experience
Explore how AI can improve development processes and product functionality
Frontend : Angular
Database : SQL
Bonus : Python (used in 3D processing), C++ (not required, but helpful to understand)
Requirements
Have a Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
Have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or tech lead
Are proficient in both Angular and .NET, with hands-on Azure experience
Are comfortable taking ownership of a product and making architectural decisions
Enjoy working remotely with a distributed, startup-style team
Can think beyond code — you care about the product and its users
Are excited about building and leading your own team
Are curious about 3D technologies and open to experimenting with AI tools
Thrive in an environment with no product manager — just direct impact
Strong problem-solving skills and passion for AI-driven automation
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with a problem-solving, AI-first approach
