We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to help shape both our internal creative vision and the strategies we deliver to our clients. This role is pivotal in defining the “why” behind every piece of UGC we produce, ensuring our creative strategies are backed by performance insights and aligned with advertiser goals.

Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Creative Strategist, you will :

• Lead the creative strategy for clients, from concept ideation to final execution.
• Build frameworks, angles, and testing methodologies for UGC campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Editors, and Creator Partnership Coordinators to bring strategies to life.
• Act as a thought leader on creative performance trends in short-form video advertising and paid social.
• Shape ContentJet’s creative strategy offering to scale across multiple industries.
