Trust & Compliance Officer

Descripción del trabajoManage compliance programs across NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 22310, CCSS Level 3 Monitor global regulatory requirements and ensure organizational readiness Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, and assessments Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation Partner with product and security teams to integrate compliance into workflows Serve as point of contact for clients, regulators, and auditors Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to trust posture Deliver internal training and promote a culture of security and compliance 7+ years in compliance, information security, or risk within finance Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST frameworks Strong understanding of global regulatory regimes including MiCA and GENIUS Proven success leading audits and managing certifications Familiarity with PKI, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear technical actions Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus Salary : €80,000–140,000 per year Equity : 50–150 stock options vested over 4 years Benefits : Healthcare, pension plan, travel expenses Equipment : MacBook Pro + essentials Flexible working hours Remote-first with office optional (France / Paris preferred) Company retreats, home office stipends, latest gadgets Parental leave, retirement plans, snacks / meals (in office), training reimbursements Hiring Manager Interview with Co-CEO Behavioural Interview : personality and cognitive assessments Panel Interview : security fundamentals, compliance expertise, work ethics, culture fit Final Interview with management Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Legal Industries : Business Consulting and Services
