Descripción del trabajoExtensive experience in the online casino industry, ideally from the provider side, with a deep understanding of its processes. Proficiency with GitHub repositories, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Google Cloud, and other tools for managing containerized applications and deploying cloud-based solutions. Proven ability to automate business workflows; experience integrating AI, LLMs, and generative AI is a plus. Demonstrated experience managing compliance requirements in the gambling industry. Experience with platform and player monitoring tools to ensure performance and security. Strong documentation skills for platforms, APIs, and related tools. Experience integrating with online casino partners. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. A history of impactful architectural decisions and a proactive mindset focused on innovation. Work with one of the fastest-growing content providers in the iGaming industry. We are partnering with a pioneering international games studio to recruit a CTO who will lead the technical vision and architecture of the organization. Based in a multicultural environment with offices in Yerevan and Barcelona, this role will ensure the company's gaming platform remains at the forefront of innovation while meeting all scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s overall technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own the architecture, design, development, and product roadmap of the platform.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee system design and development processes, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring high code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class gaming experiences.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in the gaming and blockchain sectors, ensuring the organization remains an industry leader.
