Chief Operations Officer - Aerospace Production

Your key tasks will include :

• Leading the industrialization of new work packages from concept to serial production readiness
• Directing, coordinating, and optimizing manufacturing processes for aircraft assemblies while securing production milestones and upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Building and maintaining a high-performance culture through coaching mid-level managers and team leaders, implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Anticipating and resolving production bottlenecks through proactive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination
• Defining and implementing robust KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance and deliver data-driven reports to support decision-making
