A Vendor Account Executive Specialist manages inbound leads (as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in our client) and handles the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.
A Vendor Account Executive is an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and
technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO. You have experience working with small businesses. They have an understanding of the buyer journey and can lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
A Vendor Account Executive is used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.
Responsibilities :
Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads or outbound lists
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for small / medium businesses
For non-sales leads, or specific inbound sales leads, route the lead to the most appropriate queue based on our client's rules while maintaining a premier user experience
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company / account
Fluency in Spanish language
Willing to relocate in Malaysia
Ability to understand our client's API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including comfort with basic modeling
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Strong interest in - and capability with - technology
Previous experience with Salesforce
