The role : Inside Sales (M / F / X)
Your Responsibilities :
Sales activity
- Develop a medium and long-term sales strategy aimed at improving revenue growth within your scope.
- Open and develop new commercial accounts.
- Prospect to identify and generate sales opportunities (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.).
- Prepare and lead sales meetings with potential new customers.
- Cultivate the extra mile spirit in all sales contact points.
- Participate in Market Intelligence activity by contributing to sectoral, technological, and competitive market analyses.
- Keep our CRM (Hubspot) and our financial / administrative processes up to date.
Account Management
Define the key account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue enhancementManage existing customer relationships as the main point of contactStimulate and upsell key accountsFinancial and administrative managementFollow-up projects with your customersFollow-up the development of our consultants with your customersRecruitment
