What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will :

• Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
• Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions
• Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
• Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISV s and t rack progression towards the next steps
• Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face
• Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions
• Working in-tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations
