About the Role We are looking for a creative and user-focused

UX / UI Designer

to join our team and help define the value proposition of digital products across diverse environments and business contexts. Key Responsibilities Define and propose the value proposition of digital products for various environments and business contexts. Support the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Qualifications Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A user-centered mindset with a passion for addressing complex design challenges. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Proficiency in English. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with user research approaches and methodologies. Experience working in Agile environments. Seize the challenge. Move the world together!
