We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team. Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.

• Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers .
• Problem-solving : Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket / phone / email / chat.
• Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Provide information about products / services / policies
• Document Interactions
