What will you be doing?
- Managing sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle for our specific functionalities.
- Growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.
- Identifying, navigating, and supporting the Accounts Manager's team to find upselling opportunities and close deals.
- Developing effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Negotiating at high levels with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- Utilizing creative, consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Collaborating daily with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
- Possessing a hunter mentality : hungry, persistent, and proactive.
- Being results-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Having strong negotiation skills to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Being a good communicator, empathetic, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
- Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required. We are an international team.
