Overview Senior Infrastructure Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Infrastructure Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further develop their career in system administration.

Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service issues.

Patch management, hardening and enforcing best practices.

Oversee core infrastructure with monitoring tools.

Configure and manage routing, switching, VPN tunnels, SDWAN configurations, and Firewall policies.

Level 2 IT support.

Oversee enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery drills.

Maintain up-to-date runbooks, topology diagrams, and configuration repositories.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry.

A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or any equivalent work experience.

Proficient in English (Advanced level) and Spanish (Advanced level).

Interest in working in a multicultural environment and proactivity, with the ability to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications Certification such as AZ104, AZ-305, CCNA / CNP, CISSP, CySA+, ITILv4 or any other equivalent.

Experience operating production workloads in public clouds (IaaS, PaaS, Virtual networking).

Knowledge in Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, DNS / DHCP, GPO, patching, performance troubleshooting, O365 administration.

Knowledge in Virtualization : VMware, Hyper V, or equivalents.

Strong networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
