Job Description :

Currently we are looking for a vice president who would join Alantra´s Solar investment team. The professional will be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the fund including :

• Supervising the analysts-team in supporting the equity and debt-raising activities.
• Lead the different execution stages : structuring, Due Diligence coordination, clients’ negotiation, review of legal documentation.
• Experience in leading the execution team, preparing investment memos and presenting investments to the investment committee. Boards etc...
