AI Project Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of cutting-edge Conversational AI and Contact Center technology projects. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, leveraging your strong technical background and project management expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a customer-facing role with regular travel to client sites across Europe. You will work closely with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and contact center technology projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables (plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and technology partners.
• Present project outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights.
