Delivery Manager : Conversational AI Projects
About this role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Conversational AI projects. This is a customer-facing role with regular travel to client sites.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Leading end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI projects.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborating with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Developing and maintaining project deliverables (plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports).
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and technology partners.
- Presenting project outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights.
You will work closely with our team to ensure successful project outcomes, while building long-term relationships with our clients.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in project management, account management, or professional services.Proven experience leading technology delivery projects (ideally contact center, AI, analytics, or customer engagement).Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum or equivalent).Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent presentation and communication skills.Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, analytics, IVR, voice systems.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.What We Offer :
